Boarder Wall - my thoughts

There is so much contraversy on the boarder wall. I personally am for it. Illegal immigration has gotten out of control in this country. I know illegal immigrants that are here working in healthcare, for the state department,  and in factories. When I asked how they were able to find employment being illegal, they responded that they bought a social security number. It is sad to see all the people that believe the lies of the left stating that there is no immigration problem and that they are not stealing jobs from american citizens. It is just not true. I have been in healthcare for about 15 years and I've seen a lot of things that the government doesn't put out there for the general population. For instance all states have a Medicaid plan strictly for illegal immigrants that are here and are pregnant. We would see a large number of women that would come in with Medicaid under their real name and then insurance through their employer under their stolen identity.  They would want the medicaid billed for all pregnancy related services and all other services billed to their insurance through the employer. In healthcare we were suposed to turn in anyone that we know has two identities. However, most hospital persuade you to remain quite threatening you with HIPPA violations. Most states even have Medicaid plan for people that are here on tourist visas. They can be pregnant and end up having their babies here in America, or they could just need healthcare for the healthcare for however long they are here. American tax payers are supporting illegal immigration whether they want to or not. Tax payers are the ones that pay for these Medicaid plans. Most Americans would be shocked to know how many illegal immigrants or tourist are here using these Medicaid plans. I know of one person that was planning to come to America as a tourist when she was 8 months pregnant, get Medicaid so she could have the baby here because she couldnt afford heath insurance in her own country, and then go back home. Everybody is upset about the rising cost of healthcare. The more and more people that are on these types of Medicaid plans will help drive up the cost that the hospitals charge for services. So many people are on Medicaid now, not just these plans but Medicaid in general. Obama care just expanded Medicaid plans into the commercial sector making it worse.  Medicaid doesn't pay the hospitals or doctor offices well for services. The hospitals are in business to make money, and they have to ake up the difference somewhere. 
In light of all this, I am not saying no immigrants should come to this coutry. On the contrary,  by all means let immigrants come, but they must go through the proper process. My great grandparents came here from another coutry but did it legally. They came here learned the language and worked hard to make something of their lives. Nothing was handed to them. This country was founded on immigration, and there are legal ways to go about it that ensure the protection of the citizens of this country. I do believe we should put the welfare of the citizens of this country above anyone that is trying to migrate into this country. We should vet the people trying to get in here. If the immigrants are going to harm the citizens of this country in any way, they should be denied access. The leftist would have you believe that all right winged Americans hate immigrants and this is just not true. They make these accusations in order to promote their agenda.  There is no shame in taking steps to protect your country or the citizens in it from any immigrants that would bring violence or destruction to us.
